Shakya House

The hotel felt the most clean of all of the places that we had stayed over the prior month in India and Nepal - this includes the "3 and 4 star" hotels, which often times just look clean on the surface. The owner was one of the most friendly people who we have encountered in Nepal, and helped to make sure that our taxi driver got us there safely, as well as when we left. 5 or 6 block walk from Durbar sqare. Milla Guesthouse Bhaktapur

Bhaktapur

10/10 Excellent

Staying at Milla Guesthouse was an absolute dream – undoubtedly one of the most enchanting accommodations I've ever experienced. The architectural prowess of the late Götz Hagmüller shines through in every detail, elevating the space to sheer magnificence. Nestled conveniently amidst the charm of Bhaktapur, the guesthouse offers unrivaled proximity to local attractions, sights, and shopping delights, right at your doorstep. Yet, what truly sets Milla Guesthouse apart is the unparalleled...

If you are comfortable to stay at a room like a college dorm, this facility fits your need. They provide American style breakfast (Two Toasts with Butter and Jam, Sunny side or Fried egg (two eggs), Banana, and Coffee or Tea). Sometime you may encounter blackout (not facility's fault), so I recommend you to have a battery for smartphone, and flashlight. They have a scale to check your luggage weight before your departure. Just ask at a front desk.
