Room was great and staff where very pleasant and helpfull. NOTE - this wasnt a hotel as I thought, so no towels for pool, no room service in morning, no toilet roll and even had a bill at end for electricity etc.

We really liked the accommodation itself. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. For people who plan their stay and travel destinations on Phuket individually, it is actually ideal accommodation. When we were planning, it was clear to us that it was a holiday apartment. The holiday apartment room, however, is not ideal: although there is a well-equipped kitchen, the space where you are supposed to eat your home-cooked meals was very tight, at least in our room. We cannot say whether it is better in other rooms. Our recommendation, therefore, is to ask what the room is actually like before booking. There are obviously rooms of varying quality levels, but this was not clear to us when booking.

Review Title: Beautiful Location, but Disappointing Experience Review: I understand that visiting during the rainy season can bring certain challenges, but I was disappointed to find ants on the bed, walls, and in the bathroom upon arrival. I reported the issue to management and provided photos, but instead of offering a room change, they only offered to clean the room. I had booked a 10-night stay, but unfortunately, I did not sleep well due to the discomfort. On a positive note, the view from the property is stunning, and the town itself is charming and worth exploring. With better attention to cleanliness and guest comfort, this could be a truly wonderful place to stay.

Oceanstone is in walking distance to stores/beach/restaurants & more. The front desk staff was helpful! Oceanstone is affordable for a very short stay. If you stay longer prepare to pay a ton for electricity fees as you have to run A/C all day. There is a cleaning fee of 1300thb but my room was only cleaned once by staff throughout my 5 day stay. Prior to coming here I came from a 5* resort which after was said and done, Oceanstone’s price was comparable to if I had stayed at the resort for 5 more days. And there’s also a 5000thb deposit that can’t be put on your card. Has to be in cash & you’ll have to exchange it back upon leaving.

Fantastic rooftop pool and ground floor pool, plus two gym areas! Loved the room - kitchenette was so useful and the bathroom was fantastic. The staff were okay - I thought those in Reception were not hugely friendly. For example, there was a power cut and we weren’t informed, and when we asked we got a short response that things were being done. There was also a fire alarm at 11pm and as there wasn’t a 24 hour front desk, nobody was initially there to investigate. Don’t let this put you off though - the hotel itself really was fab! And if you’re happy to be independent and left to your own devices, this is the place for you.

Останавливались на несколько дней. Понравилось расположение и сами апарты в целом хороши. Но всё хорошее впечатление портит несколько моментов. Апарты на 2-х человек - 2 стула, большая кровать, 2 стула на балконе иииииии 1 вилка! 1 вилка. Хозяин что вилку купить не может? И ещё 1 китайские палочки. То есть у нас ребенок ел вилкой, я лодкой, а муж китайскими палочками. Это смех просто. Когда люди заезжают в апарты, как бы подразумевается, что они будут пользоваться кухней. Неужели нельзя побольше приборов положить? Хозяин еврей видимо, раз экономит на таких вещах. Напротив апартов располагается стройка, нас это не смутило изначально, ТК не планировали сидеть дома, так оно и было. Не хватало впрочем вида из окна, но это не критично. Критично другое. Балкон весь в пыли от стройки, соответственно одежду (купальники) на нем не посушить. А дома тоже негде, сушилки нет. В итоге на всех возможных предметах у нас лежала влажная одежда - на спинках стульев, на столах, на кроватях. В описании отеля, в фотографиях присутствует фото с надписью 10 минут, в итоге это развлекательный комплекс на воде, который не то что не на Бангтао находится, а вообще не на Пхукете. На ресепшн мне даже не смогли объяснить что это. Нашла сама, но выяснилось что это оооочень далеко. Зачем вводить в заблуждение недостоверной информацией? Итог: в целом апарты хороши, но хозяину нужно побольше заботиться о своих гостях.

отличный и современный апарт отель

Отличный отель. До этого были на Сурине, разница ощутима. В отеле новая мебель, очень хорошее оснащение, приветливый персонал. Если бы не стройка рядом отеля, дали бы 10/10. А так приходилось весь день слушать звук отбойных молотков. Отель находится в лагуне, по поводу трансфера на пляж не знаю, т.к. всегда были на байке. Но район очень классный ,самый европейский на пхукете. Номера большие, есть все необходимое. За месяц пребывания самый адекватный вайфай. Кафе внизу довольно дорогое по меркам кафешек на главной дороге (Загляните в hill myna, стейк из куриной грудки 70 батт).

Very big appartment, amazing view with ceiling to floor windows, comfy beds, well equipped to cook, but nothing to clean the kitchen afterwards. There is a washing machine, but no soap and nowhere to hang the cloths afterwards. Two pools (ome on the rooftop). Access to the beach not easy. Water in shower always going back and forth from too hot to too cold, no hot water in the kitchen.

Весь плюс отеля в том, что он новый. Я снимал студию на два дня перед вылетом - оказалось очень маленькая комната, да и санузел. К примеру, сидя на диване, смотреть ТВ невозможно - "в упор" да еще и трансляция низкого качества. Уборка раз в четыре дня, в ванной комнате только душевые принадлежности, однако нет элементарного мыла для рук. Нет микроволновки. Система включения света и климат контроль крайне запутанная (или не рабочая), пользоваться нормально так и не смог. Я б не рекомендовал тут останавливаться надолго...

Oceanstone's infrastructure and staff were very good. the only things that need to be improved are the management of the reservations and to ensure that all their room facilities are up and running. the place is very new, so it is understandable that they have some teething issues. overall, very satisfied with the stay!
