Had an amazing time with my family the staff were very nice and helpfull and made us feel so welcome loved the pool which came with room perfect for kids and the view was absolutely beautiful will defo come back

Nice condos and clean. They do charge a cleaning fee, and they charge for electricity based on the meter reading. The restaurant was convenient, but it closes at 6 pm. The office isn't always staffed when it says it is. The driveway up to the property is a very steep hill that 6 active people in their twenties dreaded walking up every single time. Overall, I would recommend as long as you know these details that we were unaware of when we booked

The View Phuket

We did 17 nights in the middle of a six week trip. The restaurant at the pool area and the shuttle service were extremely positive additions to our stay. The staff were all courteous and friendly and The View lived up to its name.

The hotel rooms offers amazing sea views and it is very clean. Love the infinity pool on the property. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. There is a steep hill to the hotel, some taxi drives would not like to drive up.

This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The manager herself was hard to communicate, had a very bad attitude. The villa was nice and clean, it would’ve been nice if the restaurant served more food. They charged for the electricity which we found odd and expensive.

The property has a great view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable living. It's located on the top of the mountain so it's not walking friendly. You'll need to have transportation to get around.

Property is on the hill with sea and mountain views makes it unique pool was nice and clean spa in the villa was in good condition. To enter the property need a vehicle it is not walkable because it is steep hill entrance. They need to make stairs to those who want to access by walk. cleaning and towel change is every 3rd day at least they have to change the towels daily basis or on request. Thanks

The hill going up is steep. If you plan to walk to the beach and back, be aware you will be going up the same steep driveway as the cars. The property is good for those that like the solitude of having a home away from home at the bare minimum. Paying for the electricity is fine, but it is a bit steep in pricing. Using the agrab app for getting food delivery etc is wonderful though. Please note, while some tours do pick you up, some will not drive up the slope, as their car is unable to make it. You will need to meet them at the bottom or elsewhere.

As a whole our stay was good. We enjoyed using the gym facilities and felt our condo was very private and quiet. We also felt the price paid for the accommodation was good value for money. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying at The View due to its location. The View is located on top of a very steep hill - the gradient is almost completely vertical - making walking up and down it very dangerous. Individuals who are disabled or who have young children with prams etc. should avoid the property. In addition, the electricity and cleaning fee were overpriced for Thailand. Online the property states it offers an airport shuttle but when we enquired about the service we were told they do not offer this. In addition, the bar/restaurant closes at 1830 which is inconvenient, especially due to the property’s location.

Overall great experience and property. The only thing is location. It’s quite high up and many grab drivers refused to go up the hill forcing you to walk up or down. Not the best experience. They do have a shuttle bus/car to drive you nearby but only till 6pm.

The hotel is nice and has beautiful views, but an important detail is not mentioned online: it is located on a very high cliff with a long, steep walk to reach it. Taxis from the street usually refuse to go up because of how steep it is. During heavy rain, the hotel could not arrange transportation down the cliff, even when we offered to pay. This made it very difficult to eat or move around, so we cancelled our last night and changed hotels. At the beginning, the staff were helpful, but after we raised concerns, their attitude changed. When I asked for a taxi to the airport, I was told to pay first before they even ordered the taxi, which felt rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself is nice, but the location and lack of support, especially in bad weather, were very disappointing.
