Experienced traveler here. The hotel is 6 min walk to the beach, there is also a shuttle for people with mobility issues. The View Phuket By Resava
They charge for electricity and cleaning fee. Some grab cars and taxis won't go to the property because it's too steep, we had to walk at least 3 times.

Baan Saint Tropez Villas Kata Beach
Our stay in Kata was made even more special from the wonderful staff. The Hotel is just far enough away but close enough to the action of Kata. Will be staying here again. Especially if Lita is still looking after your stay.
