"The room was not as large as photos lead me to believe. There was never anyone at the front desk. There never was a complimentary breakfast. There was no room service. "Guest support stated ac wasn’t working properly in the original unit I rented and moved me to another unit which was nice of her. Unit was acceptable. Bathroom could have been cleaned better as well as the kitchenette. I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself."
