"They are going out of business and no one goes to the place. Price was too high comparing other clean and comfortable: $80 vs $45 per night. "The hotel building is a bit older, but it's clear the owner has thought a lot about guests' confort. Everything is very clean especially the linens. The interior has also been updated as well. The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! I don't want to say any more good things because the hotel may become too busy and we might not be able to find a room next time."

It is also right in the bar/downtown area of the city so people come and go for one night stand making it almost impossible to get a good night of sleep. "
