"Thr hotel is located about 40 minutes drive away from Shanghai Pudong airport. We were only staying one night so this was OK and can’t comment on ease of access to Shanghai via public transport. The check-in process was easy. The reception person was very friendly and helpful. The room was OK although the power supply tripped when we had the kettle and the lamp stand on at the same time. "Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property."
