We were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and in an excellent condition. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel is next to a huge mall which leads to a subway.

The property is connected to a big mall which offers great dinning options. Besides a nice pool and gym, there is nothing special about the property. It feels like apartment instead of hotel. Lobby is dark and small. The door man and people managing pool are very friendly and helpful.

A home in the sky

Fantastic location, central to everything. As promised, service was great, even robots to deliver takeout to your door. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and had everything you need to work from your room. Views were non-existent from our room on the 42nd floor however

This is not a hotel. It was an apartment style room. Convenient if staying with a family and require kitchens and laundry. No water supplied. Most hotels provide some bottled water. There was no view. The hotel next door blocked any view.
