"Absolutely amazing location with stunning views. The property is new, well maintained, clean and has everything to need for your stay. We stayed in the Tucan villa, the pool was perfect and the covered deck was great on warm rainy days. The staff was super friendly and easy to connect with through What’sApp. Uvita beach is a short drive away, lots of good restaurants nearby. We stayed 12 nights and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back here if in Costa Rica again."

" A Slice of Paradise in Costa Rica!From the moment we arrived, this stunning home exceeded every expectation. The views were absolutely breathtaking—so mesmerizing that I found myself taking the same photo over and over again, unable to get enough of the scenery. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or the golden hour in between, the vistas never got old.The owners clearly poured their hearts into the design. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to maximize the natural beauty surrounding the property. Large windows, perfectly placed seating areas, and open spaces made it feel like nature was part of the home itself. Morning visits from the toucans made morning coffee on the patio an unforgettable memory with sounds of the ocean and the ocean views, just awesome! The pool was huge and had options for lounging or laps. The infinity edge was perfect for lounging and soaking up the ocean views. What truly set this place apart were the personal touches. You can tell the owners went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience.If you have time and are able, request the waterfall rappelling tour and mangrove kayaking tour. Both were fantastic. Diego and Anner were amazing guides, taking time to explore, enjoy the natural settings, and genuinely good people. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable views, pool and a home that feels like a dream, this is it. Costa Rica was amazing—and this house was a huge part of that! "Everything about our stay at Tropical Beach was excellent. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and they made arrangements for us to park and receive our key after hours. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The pool was a nice respite from the heat and humidity and the restaurant on site was delicious. All that and it was affordable, comfortable, and, yes, they have hot water (I know this is an issue at some other places). We truly enjoyed our stay. "
