"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! "What a horrible experience for someone who traveled a great distance to volunteer helping Ukraine. Disgusting treatment by staff and management. Noisy and disruptive way past "quiet hours". Second floor is covered in trashy plywood walls and floors. This may be the worst run hostel in Ukraine."
