"Family room was large with separate area for two teenagers. The air con was only at the kids end of the room so it was very warm in the adults area. The bathroom was spotless but the towels were rather rough. The breakfast was disappointing the milk was sour, the bread was hard no fresh croissants. "

"Starting with the correspondence prior to our arrival to the moment we checked out the service was impeccable! The hotel is located perfectly for walking to old town and the e-bike I rented was amazing for riding in the vineyards. We enjoyed the people and the accommodations. Excellent all round"

"This is a gorgeous 12th century hotel. Beautiful ambiance! Breakfast was included in the stay - the food was fabulous. The Staff was very friendly and willing to offer recommendations on where to eat. The only downside for some is there are no elevators. You need to carry your suitcase and walk up a steep circular stairs. The stairs are steep without the suitcase. But totally worth the ambiance of the hotel!"
