Kerbside appeal is poor and the entrance appears to be propped up by scaffolding! Disabled access is non-existent and not sure how the hotel managed to meet local authority safety requirements. At my request, I was allocated a downstairs room which had recently been re-carpeted, but there was no explanation of room facilities (eg available TV...
