"Nice hotel for a good price. We book a junior suite in description was minibar, but there were non in that junior suite. Reception moved us to the next building 4* hotel Arsenal with free pool acces, to a standard room but with aircondition and minibar. So our stay was very good, I would book this hotel everytime again. The pool is really great benefit."

"Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. "Het was niet fijn daar alles is vies kapot of niet aanwezig. Bedwantsen wel aanwezig. Douche te vies om onder te staan. Vloer te vies om overheen te lopen. Dichtbij centrum maar daar mag je door werkzaamheden nu niet lopen. Ligt in een vervallen wijk. Totaal geen vriendelijke personeel niet engels sprekend. 1 ster is nog teveel gelukkig heb ik mijn geld terug gekregen. "I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, as well as the shared kitchen you could use. Also the bed was comfortable. The room temperature was a little bit warm, but to an acceptable level (and since it was 33 degrees Celcius outside, I was quite happy with that). "Wellnessbereich absolut unhygienisch verdreckt. Zwischenzeitlich waren Kurse für Kinder da die nicht zum Hotel angehören. Was eigentlich mich nicht stören würde aber man findet da keine Ruhe. Und 4 Saunen hat nur eine Funktioniert. Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich waren verdreckt und beschädigt. Abflüsse waren offen somit der ganze Geruch von dem Abfluss nach oben kam. Also das war so schlimm das ich mein Urlaub abrechen musste."
