"It’s a simple, minimum and basic hotel. It has a microwave and hot water maker. It would have been nice if there were coffee cups."

"Absolutely loved the Annex hotels, they were definitely spacious. Mattress are a little firm but, the blankets and pillows are really soft. Bathroom were nice and clean. Staffing was so very polite and helpful. Would book with hotel again if I’m ever in Chiba. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff members were all delightful from check-in to check-out. The lobby was bright and inviting. Our room was a sizeable area with a microwave, refrigerator and seating area. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with the stay. Our only regret is we didn't have more nights to stay here. "
