"Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. It is difficult going to a different country especially if you don’t know the language. The staff was able to communicate with us, and that plays a big role. I commend all the staff from front desk to dining staff, very courteous. We will surely come back to this hotel "

"Pick up area is on the first level, outside the arrival gates. It is at 23b, which is next to the big 24. Once you find this the red shuttle is easy to spot. The facility is clean, staff polite, and overall experience pleasant. The capsule stay includes use of the onsen. Only complaint is that the bed is thin so you’re more than likely sleeping on a futon on a hard surface. Just be aware. "

I really enjoyed my stay — the only downside is that it’s a bit out of the way from most attractions. However, it’s conveniently close to the airport, which was a plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable less populated area."
