Welcome to our delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2 storey townhouse on the outskirts of the central city. This home is perfectly located for you to enjoy all that our city has to offer. With modern and stylish decor, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. 1 King bed and 1x King single bed, foldaway bed and portable cot. Located close to many top attractions, including Margaret Mahy and the Avon River. Fully equipped kitchen, washing Machine/Dryer combination in unit and fast speed WIFI. There are two double bedrooms that provide ample space for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom consists of a king-size bed and is complemented by a walk-in robe, while the second bedroom offers a king single bed with a single portable bed in the wardrobe for flexible sleeping arrangements. A portable cot is stored in the garage. Please note: upper floor is accessible via stairs only. The Christchurch bus exchange is a 20 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch. Great Location Nice Townhouse
Really nice townhouse, very clean, fresh linen, very comfortable beds beautifully made up. Requires a clothes rack and a new fitted iron board cover. Maybe more than one loo roll for a weeks stay and a fresh paper towel in the kitchen. Garage was great to have to pull the car off the road but only for small cars as the driveway is a little tight. We had a small-medium car. Pleasant stay.

This property was as advertised, lovely, well furnished and supplied. The kitchen was great and we happily toured during the day and made dinner in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment.
