Find Hotel with a Concierge in Christchurch

Found some hair i the bathroom, otherwise clean

This is a rather posh hotel on a restored old college campus. Currently, the area houses art studios, shops, music/art classes, restaurants, food trucks and a Michelin star rated wine bar. The area is very walkable and across from an incredibly beautiful park.

Golden hotel is the perfect stay once landing in Christchurch and before leaving again. Very clean and nice space. Staff is also responsive and kind with inquiries. There is a Vietnamese cafe right on the main lobby so very convenient for a quick pick me up. Overall, would stay here again so definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful property located across the street from the Botanical Garden and green space. We stayed in the suite which I would recommend. It is so so nice! The host and hostess were available on the premise for what ever we needed. There are several areas in the villa for relaxation. It is quite for sleeping and safe for walking at night within a few blocks of shopping and eating.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and clean with lovely decor. The location was great within walking distance to everything. The staff at the front desk were all very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if in Christchurch.

Carnmore is a nice hotel. For the convenience of guests, need to provide breakfast. At least continental breakfast.

Signage for property parking for the hotel was missing, for which required me to search at busy airport parking . When this was reported , staff merely remarked it was the responsibility of the airport

The hotel is conveniently located within the city center and made it easy to walk to shops and many great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for a few days at the start of our trip and again on our last few days of our trip. We did purchase the breakfast option and what exactly was included seemed to be staff-dependent. During our first stays, we were not told of any restrictions on the breakfast menu. Very nice accommodations

The George is an outstanding hotel. The service was amazing. The bistro and bar were very good. The room was very comfortable and modern. The location is right next to the Avon River and park and is a perfect place to stay at in Christchurch if you want to walk to the main attractions.

The staff was helpful, the room was very nice & it was a good location. My only complaint: they advertised as having airport shuttle services & really it was just a phone number you had to book yourself (& it didn’t work out for us).

Hotel was very nice and in a great area. There was a bit of a mix up on the rooms we booked which seemed to be a disconnect between Expedia and the hotel’s systems. The manager on duty resolved the issue and went out of his way to check on us later to make sure we were having a nice stay. The restaurant food was excellent and we really enjoyed the ambiance. Overall a great stay.

The location is excellent for airport access and the rooms were clean and tidy with everything you could need. The ability to small milk bottles from the front desk was a lovely touch. We found the rooms to be very quiet even though the hotel is on a major road and right next to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Great stay.
