Welcome to this exquisite 3-story residence! The ground/first floor presents a generously sized bedroom featuring two comfortable King single beds, a wardrobe and bathroom equipped with both a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and heated bidet toilet. This room can be kept warm or cool with a heat pump.
As you ascend to the second floor, a delightful living space, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a charming dining area invite you. Step out onto the captivating north-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee.
On the 3rd floor, a dedicated study/office space awaits, perfectly suited for your professional tasks. There is a separate third toilet and another tiled bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious Queen bed, with the finest hotel-quality linen.
Stay seamlessly connected with the provided high-speed internet. Elegantly appointed, this residence offers a comprehensive experience and enjoyable stay.
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a 3 seater sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll.
