- Welcome to Southgate Courtyard "Walk to the beach". This newly updated one bedroom condo is located only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Southgate beach. Our East end location is only a few minutes drive from some of the islands most idyllic beaches, and historic Christiansted's shops and restaurants.
Walk to the Beach is situated in a quiet gated community, with lush tropical landscaping and a large private pool. This 2nd story corner unit has high vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. This light and airy condo is equipped for your day at the beach and has a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, complimentary K-cups and coffee pot. We offer keyless entry, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed internet, smart TVs, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system so no need to buy drinking water during your stay.
Bask in the sun around the pool, take advantage of one of the many covered lounging areas, or take in the Westerly trade winds from your private balcony. Enjoy the day at Southgate beach (Chenay Bay) with our beach cart, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and cooler. We also have an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after your day at the beach!!
After a great day in the sun, no need to cook, this unit is in walking distance to two great iconic Island restaurants, Cheeseburgers In America's Paradise and Bungalows.
