THE HOME: Blue Heaven is a classic Caribbean Cottage featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms+, a large great room including a full kitchen on the main floor; on the lower level there is a laundry room with free washer and dryer, and a third bathroom. (See our floorplan in the photo section).

THE POOL: You'll love the huge 14' X 40' private, heated swimming pool, with a view of the ocean. It doesn't get any better than this!

FAMILY FRIENDLINESS: Blue Heaven is made for families. We provide a crib and a highchair. Plus, with pool toys, movies, and games, your kids will be entertained rain or shine. We provide bikes and two scooters so your family can have some family fun biking around Judith's Fancy.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN: With a poolside kitchen/bar area with Weber gas grill and multiple seating areas, you'll have endless family fun playing Giant Yahtzee, corn hole, or Enormous Jenga. Have drinks while the kids splash in the pool.

LOCATION ON THE ISLAND: On the north shore, mid-island in Estate Judith's Fancy, our home is minutes from Christiansted where you can visit shops and great restaurants. It is close to grocery stores and all necessities, but sits in a safe, gated community where you can walk to the shore and do some fantastic beach combing.

COST: November 22 thru December 6 $299 per night! A private, 3-bedroom home with private pool for the cost of a hotel room! We offer a 10% discount for 10 nights or more. Inquire with host.

YOUR HOST: New to the island? Send Patty an inquiry. She will answer all of your questions quickly so you can get started packing your bags. As soon as you inquire, Patty stays in touch with you to make trip-planning a breeze.

DIVING: Are you a scuba diver? "The Wall" - a 3,000-foot drop-off offshore at Cane Bay is a premier dive site known around the world. In fact, you can do almost any kind of diving on St. Croix - night diving, deep diving, pier diving, wreck diving, drift diving, and, of course, open water diving.

BIRDING: Are you a birder? St. Croix has great places to view birds and wildlife.

POINTS OF INTEREST: The east end of the island is arid, with cactus and succulents, while the west end contains a rain forest, making the biodiversity on St. Croix amazing. Don't forget to visit the far east end of the island, Point Udall. It is the easternmost tip of the U.S.

FOOD AND RESTAURANTS: Everything you need--groceries and gasoline--are two minutes away. Blues Backyard BBQ and the Palms at Pelican Cove are both excellent, and just a short drive from our house. Blues has live music in a relaxed outdoor setting Wednesday through Friday nights. (Check out their Facebook page to see who is playing.) There are too many restaurants to list, but ask Patty, and she'll give you the foodie lowdown.

OUR VIEW: Feel like kicking back and just chillin' for a day? You'll also love hanging out on the deck poolside, soaking in the view of the Caribbean Sea. Want an even better view? Climb our hill to The Perch for a getaway like no other. Grab some wine or Cruzan Rum. The perch is a fantastic place to see the sun setting over the hills to the west. If you are very lucky, you'll even see a whale or two breaching in the crystal waters of the Caribbean sea. (Check out the Whale Watching STX Facebook page to see film footage.)

THE WEATHER: The weather on St. Croix ranges from amazingly great, 75 degrees (F) and sunny, to incredibly nice, 88 degrees (F) and sunny. Occasionally, there's a rain cloud that passes over, but in typical Caribbean fashion, the rains are usually quick and welcomed!

THE FUN: There are so many different things to do on St. Croix. (Search Google for 101 Things to Do on St. Croix.) From snorkeling and scuba to hiking and sailing, sunbathing, beach-combing, visiting historic sites, birding, and walking, you'll never run out of new adventures. (See our adventures flyer in the photo section.)

THE TECH: Need to work-from-home while you are here? We hope not -- but, if you need to check in, we have free wi-fi and two desk workstations where you can plug in your own devices. A printer is available for your use.

Amazing getaway

This was one of the best places we stayed! If you are planning on different areas to check out, this is the perfect location and easy to get to. You get to the east or west in a decent amount of time. The house is stocked with what you need, (and grocery stores are close by),clean, secure, beds are comfortable, and the pool is absolutely incredible. Patty is so informative and offers great suggestions. She is also quick with responding. If we ever make it back here, which we would love to, I would not go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed. We had fun exploring, and loved snorkeling at the beaches. People on the island were so kind and willing to help with any questions you may have as well. Thank you Patty for making our stay great!!

Great view and comfortable home

The home was nice and spacious. Pool area is nice with lots of seating. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area and spent lots of hours playing games there while the kids swam. The view of the ocean was amazing and we felt very safe in the community. We would definitely stay here again.

December Vacation

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location, the house, the pool, and the view! We hiked along the beach this trip and also used the bikes to ride around the neighborhood. This is a nice, safe family location. Our grandkids loved the pool, and we sat outside every night to wind down and stargaze. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is great for walking or riding bikes. The ocean view from the back yard is nice and we enjoyed the pool almost every night. The onsite property manager was attentive and very nice. The location on the island is convenient. We are already booking out next trip!!

Blue haven was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location central island that was only 30 minutes at most from anything we wanted. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and clean. The private pool was extra bonus so we could cool off privacy after a long day of fun. Definitely recommend this location, and the host Patty was very responsive and helpful!

The Perfect Getaway

The spacious patio and pool area are perfect for a large group, and the ocean view is beautiful. Blue Heaven is conveniently located very near downtown Christiansted, Salt River and Cane Bay as well as two grocery stores, which comes in handy during a month-long stay! Patty (property manager) and Troy (handyman) were friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a blast and would definitely recommend Blue Heaven for a perfect island get-away!

Perfect place for families

We had the BEST time at Blue Heaven!! What a great location in a peaceful neighborhood with great views! We were a family group of 7 people, and it was just the perfect size for us. The pool was wonderful, and Patty was in contact with us all of the time via text, making sure we were enjoying our stay. I would HIGHLY reccomend booking this place. What a great bang for your buck! Perfect Stay

Judith's Fancy is everything as advertised and more! The location is perfect. The development is nice and quiet, yet centrally located so it is easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Multiple grocery stores are close by for supplies. It is also very close to the Christiansted. The home itself is very clean with multiple amenities. We enjoyed walking daily through the neighborhood, dinner by the pool and swimming in the evening. It was our first time to St. Croix and we all wished we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait until we are able to return!!

Great home in a safe convenient location!

We travel to the caribbean about 3-4 times a year and always rent a house. This home was by far our favorite. The house has an open concept and has the perfect indoor/outdoor living area to enjoy the caribbean breeze. You can see the ocean from the pool, and the outdoor kitchen has a grill. The community is gated with a guard, since the community is gated which makes the bikes are prefect if you have little ones bc there is no through traffic. We drove all over the whole island and never felt unsafe. We would stay here again!

Perfect St. Croix Homebase

We absolutely loved Blue Heaven! Everything was accurate on the listing and photos- but the online images and info don’t do it justice. We had two adults and one teen in our group. Navigation from the airport was a breeze, as was check in. The home was clean, beds were comfy, and Patty thought of everything. We rarely needed anything that was not already provided, other than food and drink. The AC in the bedrooms was ice cold and ocean breezes kept the rest of the home comfortable. Most of our time at the home was spent on the deck and pool area- amazing views, plenty of room, and the pool was so clean and refreshing. We were awed by the views and sunsets from the “perch” area! We grilled out a few times, enjoyed some card games on a rainy day and strolled to the beach when we weren’t out exploring St Croix. We loved the extra touches such as the “flag your fave map” and coffee station. We didn’t turn the TV on at all, but tons of movies and comfy seats are there for enjoying a flick. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. We never felt insecure at all during our stay or traveling around the island. People are friendly, temps were perfect, and driving on the left was so easy. We were less than 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to see, and just a couple of miles or less from necessities like gas and groceries. Patty was such an amazing hostess and responded quickly with the one minor issue we had (window needed repair after a storm). She was also a wealth of information for activities and tips about the island. We will be back for sure and will recommend this property to anyone thinking about visiting St. Croix!

Truly a trip we will never forget!

Okay... where do we start? First, our flights got moved around and we landed maybe 6 hours earlier than we were supposed to. I contacted Patty after landing and we were granted early access to the house. We quickly drop off our luggage and got out of the maintenance crews way. Super grateful for this as our rental was full and we couldnt do any grocery shopping with our luggage. Pro tip: don't show up early lol if we had shown up on time we would have seen all of the goods already in the fridge and pantry cabinets!! We have never rented a house with so much already on hand and it was great. From sugar and coffee filters, trash bags and laundry detergent, there was a wide variety of items that we are used to purchasing for the week readily available. Also, the amount of bath and pool towels!!! The linen closet was stocked to the max. Patty as a site manager was the best. Very prompt responses to all our questions. Once we were settled in I believe by the 2nd day we had everything sorted out and I didn't have to bother her anymore. The pictures do NOT do the property justice!! The house is on the corner but is higher than the street (which we saw like 3 cars drive down anyways) so you're not really looking into anyone else's yards and no one is really watching you swim and hang out. It is so open but also so private. Some days the pool was so warm I felt like I was getting into a bath. It was awesome. We loved watching the clouds basically form over the island at night, random rain during the day which never lasted long, quiet late night bike rides to the beach, the hermit crabs (some quite large!!!) crawling around the property (check out behind the plastic cabinet in the corner of the bar area and under the stairs going to the laundry room!!), the morning rescue of hermit crabs that fell into the pool at night, watching the sunset while grilling at the bar. IT WAS A DREAM. We have already decided when we return to St Croix there is no other property that we would want to rent. The location of the property puts you in a great spot for anything on the island. Honestly I could go on and on but I'll just end it now with if you're thinking about renting this house, just book it!! Now!!

The view was amazing. The amenities were above and beyond expectations. Peaceful neighborhood. So many positive things to say. Patty was absolutely wonderful with communication, suggestions, etc. when we visit, we will stay at this property again! We loved the feeling of home, very welcoming.

All around perfection

Place is conveniently located with all the attractions less than 30 min away. It’s situated in a picturesque neighborhood and provides lots of privacy. The owners/rental manager put a lot of thought and effort to make this place cozy but practical. It’s very well stocked. Pool was a big hit. It’s huge and pretty deep. You can swim laps in it. Finally, manager Patty was very easy to get in touch and had lots of suggestions before we even arrived on the island. We can’t wait to be back!!!

This house and location is awesome!

We had such a wonderful relaxing time at this property in Judith's Fancy. The pool is perfect, and the patio and outside bar/grill area is amazing as well. Wish we could have hosted a big party! It is so relaxing to wake up every morning and have breakfast by the pool and enjoy a book or newspaper, all while hearing and seeing the ocean from the elevated location. Plenty of brochures and suggestions for things to do were at the house for us to review, and everything we needed was there as well. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4 adults. Patty was very easy to contact and ask questions of -- quick to respond and great recommendations for information about the island -- definitely "hostess with the mostess!" Thanks for sharing the home - we had a wonderful time!

Blue Heaven Stay

We have stayed at this property numerous times. It is our home away from home in St. Croix. Great location, excellent communication from the owners and the maintenance person, great rates. We already have our December trip planned and can't wait to get back down for another fun filled family vacation.
