"Place was clean and quiet. The guests in the rental next to us came and sat with us at the fire. When it started to rain we all sat in the kitchen/screen porch. A short walk to stores and places to eat as well. Only thing I would suggest is to maybe put a number or even a metal wall decoration on the doors so we can find the right doors easier. "We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus.
