"We had a great stay overall. The house was spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a large kitchen that made it easy to cook and spend quality family time together. It’s a great space for a group or family gathering. Less than 10 minutes to the cowboy dinner tree and the national forest.That said, we did run into a few minor inconveniences: there weren’t quite enough basic essentials like toilet paper, bath towels, or any garbage bags for the size of the house and the number of guests it can accommodate. A little more of those basics would’ve made the stay even better.Otherwise, a really enjoyable experience in a beautiful home! Will definitely return if it’s still available."

"It was nice and clean, had lots of space, was good priced, had condiments and seasonings. The owner was very prompt to answer our calls and very helpful with logging in so we could watch movie streaming. Close to Fort Rock, Crack in the Ground and sand dunes for ATVs. "

"We booked the Duke house for our daughter’s wedding outside of Solver Lake. This was the perfect “home base” for us to return to each day from setting up, the wedding ceremony and reception and clean up the next day! So comfortable and quiet. The views are exceptional.We highly recommend The Duke House! "

"When we first arrived we were blown away by the surrounding beauty. This was our first time exploring this area of Oregon. We came to stargaze and we lucky with clear skies both nights. The stars were incredible. We really enjoyed the sauna and the large deck. Enjoying our coffee and the serenity of the area. The home was better than the pictures and incredibly well stocked, possibly the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. They had a full spice cabinet, every utensil, kids cups, full game cabinet, even phone chargers!! The beds were firm and seemingly memory foam, but very comfortable and we all slept great. We will absolutely visit again! "
