As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!"

"Property is pretty but unless you only go to Disney it’s really far from everywhere else. The reason why I rated 3 stars because the toilet and room key was a night mare. The young man worked on march 10 was amazing man that helped us with taxi rescue. He tries real hard to communicate with us even though he was struggle with English which we appreciated him very much. He was the only one that made our trip pleasant while in Shanghai. "
