One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Friendly, welcoming

Rika and Andy work well together we had a very good stay

Thank you for the warm welcome and in house meal, everything was wonderful.

Fantastic stay and host!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Room is big and clean. The staff is very nice and polite. It's very near the train station, so you could walk to several tourist spots. But it's next to the train track. Great location, friendly staff and very large room

The room was wonderful and had everything we needed for a short snowboarding trip. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I wished I had more time chilling in bed. Highly appreciate the thoughtful hosts, and we had a BLAST! 10000% would come back again

Neon Hotel was delightful! Very clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the Kanazawa Station.

It is a very amazing property. When you walk in the lobby is a bit outdated. But once you get into the guest room. It is amazingly clean. The staffs are all super friendly and the owners are amazing and very accommodating! Top notch!! Will definitely stay again if given the chance.

This was such a beautiful hotel. We stayed at some very nice ones during our trip to Japan and this was the most amazing of them all with gorgeous views of Mt Fuji and Lake Ashi. It’s hard to beat sitting in your private onsen with water from a natural hot spring while gazing at Mt Fuji. The room is equipped with every amenity making for a comfortable stay, including very comfy pjs. The fridge is stocked with some drinks and alcohol, at no cost. The large screen projector was great, even if we...

Location is great and close to transportation and shops. It can be loud at night especially on the weekends, other than that, staffs are friendly and helpful, the place is clean. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
