"Room was fine limited supplies. The upsetting part was the booking claimed to have waterpark passes included. When we arrived I found out theat the policy had changed and not only were the waterpark passes not included but the hotel was not offering any individual sales of waterpark passes. "

Hot water was non-existent and called customer service (and texted), was on hold for over 25 min before phone answered to help (text message was replied to about 45 min afterwards). No explanation was ever given, nor were we advised that hot water was restored to building. Coffee provided was not provided in adequate quantity or method for coffee makers (for capacity for carafe coffee makers) or in proper form for Keurig (refillable cup for Keurig provided is not compatible with Keurig and would not operate). All other accommodations were adequate and rooms were clean."
