"Unfortunately we did know going into this resort that it's not "RESORT Feel", more like motel BUT for the price it's what it is. Supposed to be a secured entrance, was unlocked the entire time. Bathroom tub had an issue with keeping up with its job. Above us you could hear non stop stomping of the feet of everything and everyone. The vending machine didn't really work. Overall I only stayed because the passes included with stay. But I mean it's my second time here so I guess it wasn't that bad....

"Avani Spa pass for $40 per day is well worth the money. Not super impressed with all front desk staff. No free coffee in the lobby. 🙁"

"I was upset that they allowed vaping in the inside waterpark and the dolphins swimming pools. They allowed open alcoholic beverages in the hot tub. You had drunk parents not watching their little ones. "

"While we paid plenty for the room with the jacuzzi we didn't realize it gave us access to the Governor's Club which was great - the room's furniture was a bit dated but the bed was great - view of the lake was lovely - the jacuzzi was fantastic - they sent lots of email notices and when I asked for extra towels they were abundantly there when we checked in. The staff was super helpful, even bringing us ice. Nice pool and hottub. All in all great and for a treat - worth the money. "

"I really liked this hotel but very disappointed that the hot tubs didn’t work. Both inside and outside were broken. The only thing I was really looking forward to was sitting in a hot tub having a cocktail and the outside bar seemed to not be running anymore and with the hot tubs being broken I was very disappointed. I wasn’t told until checking out that I could have gone to the hotel next door and used their pools and hot tubs. When asked for a credit, they said no. "

"Stayed here for two nights during the first week of summer break. Lots of pros- very clean!, the pools are great for the kiddos and there’s a hot tub for us parents, good location, lots of food options close by, free breakfast, and very nice staff. Just a couple things- our beds were a little older and squeaky- not the mattresses but the actual beds. Also, the juice machine was out of order durin"

"Good: park was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was friendly but very judgmental, ie if you don’t know the proper procedure for using a double tube. Cons: it’s far from the dells, like 15-20 minutes to anything worth seeing. Staff seemed mostly Immigrants, had a hard time communicating with the staff due to their ESL. Overall, you get what you pay for. Good for a quick/cheap trip for a larger group but you better just cook/stay there and not travel into town much. "

"Lake lawn Resort is one of my favorite places to stay. It is clean and well-maintained. The pools are very clean as well. My favorite part about this place is the beautiful property and the lake views. We will be returning again and again!"

"The hot tub finally works. Happy day for everyone. Rooms are basic but refurbished and much cleaner. Small rooms and the continental breakfast ranks terrible on a scale of terrible to great. Beware of the Wyndham salesman. Not great to deal with overall. "
