"Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. "Great hotel, reasonably priced, very clean and tasteful. Kids enjoyed the “up north lodge” feel. They are in the process of renovating the previous water park area into more of a multi-use venue, but that in no way affected the enjoyment of our stay. Really nice continental breakfast in a spacious, comfortable dining area. Would stay here again."
