"Hôtel isolé de tout et entrée principale en travaux . Complexe propre et petit déjeuner correct . Dans l ensemble le personnel est accueillant par contre le service de chambre laisse à désiré . Parfois pas de serviette en arrivant le soir car les sales ont été prises mais pas remplacées . Il aura alors fallu plus de 2h et 8 appels pour en obtenir 2 autres alors que nous étions 4 dans la chambre. De même pour l eau. De plus le ménage a duré 2h pour un résultat juste correct . Mais en gros l hôtel est gentil"

"I love staying in Stonetown and this was the perfect location. The staff was very nice and the accommodations were satisfactory. It is an older property, as are most accommodations in Stonetown but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay. "

"Treetop by Eight Continents Zanzibar exceeded all our expectations. It is an excellent choice for solo travellers, couples and families, and in my opinion, this resort is seriously underrated. From the moment we stepped onto the hotel premises, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, kind and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ally, who helped my wife organise a beautiful surprise dinner for us by the beach. It was an unforgettable experience and showed just how far the staff are willing to go to make their guests feel special. The entire hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and the food was absolutely amazing. The resort is also very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ zone to keep children entertained while parents relax and enjoy their holiday. The prices were surprisingly affordable for the quality of the accommodation, service and overall experience. The photographs online do not do this place justice at all. Seeing the hotel in person was mind-blowing—it was even more beautiful and impressive than the pictures suggested. Treetop by Eight Continents Zanzibar truly deserves a five-star rating. We had an incredible stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zanzibar."
