"This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. "Very clean and very pleasant accommodation. My room was convenient and well-arranged (though of limited size) and the Reception area was huge. Breakfast was very pleasant, with plenty of variety. The only downside was that staff initially gave me the key to another, inhabited room...but once that was cleared up my experience was very positive indeed."

"This is the ONLY hotel we’d stay in going forward when traveling in Busan with kids! So many thoughtful amenities and the Josun Junior kids suite was the highlight for my kids. They loved having their own mini space and special bed setup (ours was the Forest theme), and I loved all the wonderful details like the Mustela baby lotion and bathing gel, free stroller/crib rentals, onsite washer/dryer etc. Only complaint was that the elevators are very slow, and can create long wait times during peak hours. Location is fantastic with Haeundae beach literally steps away. Staff was very professional and eager to assist. This hotel has everything and more, and sets the bar for all other hotels in the area. We can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to Busan!"

"A pretty good three-star hotel for the price and in a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. The carpets in the hallways are a little dirty in some spots, but the room itself was very clean. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel, but everything was fine and I had a comfortable stay. I really liked that the washer and dryer are free to use. That was a great bonus and very convenient, especially for a longer stay. Overall, I think it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is in a good central spot, where it takes just five minutes to walk to the beach. The place is clean and well maintained. I slept lovely! The only issue I found is the pool facilities etc are now shut, which I was not aware of when making the booking. It was a shame as we were looking forward to this, but perhaps explains why the hotel was cheaper."

We had two interconnecting rooms (1 Deluxe Twin Room, Ocean View (Main Building) and 1 Deluxe Double Room, Ocean View (Main Building)) which was great for our family. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were superb: we enjoyed using the arcade games room, the pool and the spa."
