"The mattress was far too soft, and the in-room climate control was completely unreliable. On my first night, the room was freezing despite setting the thermostat to 30°C. When I informed the front desk the next morning, their only solution was to provide a mini space heater. Later in my stay, the opposite happened: the A/C began blowing hot air when the outside temperature was around 12°C. Even after I lowered the setting to 20°C, it continued to blow heat, forcing me to turn the system off...
