It's easy access from the metro station to the hotel, also about 10 minutes away from the centre of Susukino. The breakfast buffet is good, especially for raw food lovers, you can make your own chirashi don with rice or vinegar rice.

Excellent breakfast for sashimi rice bowl lovers. They also offered other Hokkaido dishes. Good location - near metro and airport bus station. Room is traditional design but roomy and very functional with shower and tub separately. They offered water, coffee, tea and other drinks at lobby 24x7. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Not right in the centre but short enough walk to get there and plenty to see on the way. Great buffet breakfast and room is compact like most accommodation in Japan but clean and sufficient. Had a good night sleep with no noise disturbances. Also excellent to be able to open window for fresh air if desired.

A very wonderful experience here in vessel. Customer service is wonderful. Room is a little on the smaller side like the rest of the city hotels but is clean good enough for me. Bed and pillows are comfortable to ensure a good night sleep. Location is about 15 mins walk to Susukino street. Carpark is guided automated parking for 1300 Yen per night. Soup, drinks and hot coffee provided at the hotel lobby.

Service Needs Improvement

The room was great, breakfast was amazing, the sidewalk outside the hotel was very slippery (icy), overall stay was great except for the interaction with the front desk agent (man with long hair), I did not get a warm welcome, he needs to have a nicer attitude, and he looked bored doing his job.
