I just loved my time in Sapporo and this hotel was in the heart of everything. 10min walk to anything. A huge area for snow play. Great quality room and bar.

We didn’t get the check in instructions 24 hours ahead as indicated. Also nobody answered the phone number posted on the door. This made for a terrible check in. However, once we got in, the place was clean and comfortable for our party if 5. I’d stay again, but will know to ask for the check in ...

Walking in the snow was difficult, especially for a Hawaii boy with some back issues...If I had booked a hotel a bit closer to the action, perhaps it would not have been so bad. But the price here was reasonable so...I wish I had tried the cable car
