"Die Lobby ist in einem perfektem zustand, alles ist neu, alles glänzt. Die perfekte Illusion ist geschaffen. Das alles kann man von den Wohnungen nicht sagen. Die Apartments sind komplett heruntergekommen. Alte Farbe blättert von den Wänden. Alle Schränke schließen nicht richtig bzw. die Schranktüren gehen max. 45 Grad auf. Alle Fenster sind undicht und die heiße Tropenluft strömt rein (der AC muss die ganze Zeit auf Volllast laufen, damit man es aushält). Auf meine Reklamation, das der AC nicht...

"The hotel is value for money. It is New hotel with affordable price.
They have water heater and provide a toiletries as well.
But the location is not so good enough because it located in a busy road all day long accept after 22:00.
No public transport, but who need a public transport in Jakarta if we can use Grab or Go Car.
Note for the hotel:
Please implement the house rule, no smoking it means no. Because I still can smell someone smoking in their room.
Overall I rate this hotel is good."
