"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. "Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "

The receptionist had been expecting me, handed me my electronic key but then said he could switch me to a ground floor room. There was a lift but he said this would be better for me as it had a disabled friendly bathroom!
He carried my bags and checked out the room, went and got me a bottle of water and some chocolate!!!
