We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. This was our first time in the area so we didn’t realize the distance. It’s not walking distance to anything. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. "We took the bus from Amalfi up to Ravello/the last bus stop on the route and it was about a 10-minute (albeit uphill) walk from the bus stop to the hotel. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk was extremely welcoming throughout the entire check-in process. We noticed an ants problem in our original room but immediately got moved to another room once we notified the front desk. Breakfast is plentiful and had lots of options and it's hosted in their restaurant which has a beautiful view from the balcony. Pool has limited hours and limited seats, but nice if you can make it in. Showers have weak pressure but no other issues overall. Would love to stay again in the future."
