"Very stylish Masseria with the most charming, helpful staff. Amazing food served on a beautiful veranda, or in their rustic dining room. Highly recommended."
"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. Our family room was spacious and had an excellent jetted double shower which our 6 year old couldn't get enough of. The wifi wasnt...

"A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. There were some Italian businessmen staying and I feel that this kind of fayre is what is expected. There are no...
"This is a prime property converted into a first class hotel with elegance and charm, all the staff were kind, diligent and respectful in all areas of service, be at checking in or out, providing local information or handling those small things that make a big difference for someone not acquainted with the place."

10/10 Excellent
"Such a beautiful place to stay with an amazing team to help make the stay even better. "
"Overnight stay close to Brindisi-Taranto highway. Set in farmland, but close enough to the highway to hear the noise of traffic but not oppressively so.. The property itself was furnished to a good standard and finishes were impressive. My room looked out over the pool which was beautiful. There was a lack of power points in the room, but the wifi worked. Huge property but quite empty due to the time of year. Probably comes to life in season. "
Delightful villa with private pool with landscaped gardens. Offer: 20% off July
8/10 Good
"The house, with its terraces, beautifully designed and maintained garden, and swimming pool, is truly wonderful. Everything has been carefully thought out, both aesthetically and functionally, with great attention to detail. Two couples can live here comfortably. However, the use of the third bedroom, which lacks its own bathroom and is situated in an enfilade between the kitchen (connected to the living room) and the terrace, may be inconvenient. The kitchen is very well equipped. The condition of the bathroom fittings is slightly worse—it's simply worn out and will likely need replacing soon. The electrical installation for the outdoor lighting requires more urgent attention. Unfortunately, especially after rain, attempting to turn on the lights by the pool or in front of the house often results in blown fuses, power outages, and plunging the house into darkness. Thankfully, Michael showed us how to handle this situation, and resetting the fuses is simple. However, as the issue occurred several times during our stay, it was both stressful and inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, the villa more than compensates with its extraordinary beauty and the rare kindness and empathy of the host.
An offer worth recommending"
"We needed a relaxing base hotel to stay in for the first five days in Puglia and Masseria Messapia was the perfect place.
A large property, but with a very boutique luxury feel, our room was fabulous, with a lovely en-suite and an large external terrace.
Breakfast is a feast of foods freshly set every morning. The pool area is fabulous, quiet and relaxing.
There is a Spa available, gym area and an on site restaurant for lunch and dinner if required.
Alma who overseas the running of the hotel is fabulous and is always available and very attentive to the guests needs, always good for a chat and making sure you are wanting for nothing. The small group of staff are very friendly, helpful and smiley, creating a very nice atmosphere throughout the premises.
Whether you are only staying for a couple of days or a week, you will be very well looked after and would highly recommend the Masseria Messapia."
