Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though. "The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy."
