"Great location. Check in was simple. Lovely pool area and service. Room was comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were helpful. They allowed us to stay by the pool area for the afternoon after we checked out. Only negative would be having a room close to reception meant that we were woken by noise. However, I fully recommend staying here."

"Had a wonderful honeymoon, the staff were excellent and super helpful! The several restaurants were delicious! The hotel is lovely, clean, tidy with lots to do and fun entertainment in the evenings, they provide shuttles and day trips for a reasonable price and the spa is a recommended for a relaxing massage! Overall we’re already planning our next stay"

"Beautiful location but make sure to stay at the main hotel Baia el capitano instead of the Hotiday apartment style across the street. It shares amenities but very basic rooms. You will want to be in the main building with the amazing rooftop views but of course, for approx $100-$200 less, you can stay across the street. We regret not reading the fine print on location, as pictures show the main hotel not the apartments. Has access to private beach, walkable or shuttle and breathtaking 180 degree rooftop views on the terrace"
