"Fantastic room overlooking the main square in Old Town. Lovely little touches like soft drinks in fridge, fresh apples a bottle of prosecco on arrival and even a jacuzzi bath! Staff friendly and helpful. Stored our bags on arrival before check in and took them to our room for us. Lovely breakfast cooked fresh to order as well as continental choices. Would highly recommend. "Clean modern looking room although A/C is a bit noisy. Decent breakfast but better to avoid the busy times as it’s a bit manic. Location is fine, nice walk into the Old Town, takes about 25min approx 1.2 miles. "

"Perfect place to navigate the city from. Big comfy bed and even provided an extra duvet as on first night I got a bit cold. Absolutely have the breakfast option, French toast and pancake options were sensational. Coffee and toiletries provided in the room. Helpful friendly staff always available. Was able to borrow a charger for my phone as I left mine at home and on the day we left early for our trip to Zakopane they ordered us a breakfast bag to take with us on request. Highly recommend. "

"A fabulous hotel, expensive but I guess you pay for what you get ! It was very close to the main square, although not that close that you hear the trumpeter every hour. The pool, sauna and steam room were a nice to have during our 3 night stay. We choose to have breakfast on the last day, which was outstanding, a glass of Prosecco on entry, buffer style and or an A La Carte breakfast available. Our glasses were topped up too with another Prosecco! The staff were very friendly and helpful too. We would totally recommend this hotel if you have the money to afford it."
