The staff was very professional and helpful; they addressed all my questions and needs during my stay, Mr. Bahaa and Ms. Reham were exceptionally helpful. The location is great with the adjacent Hilton for restaurants and bars. One of my major positives was how quite the apartment was on the 22nd floor with no noise from the main street, a rare find in Cairo."
