"Had a great stay at the Tribe Hotel. Conveniently located near the train station (5 min walk) and the old town (also in easy/short walking distance). Hotel was modern and had a trendy vibe, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast, plenty of options and open until 12 noon, so have plenty of time and it's not overly busy. Room was very comfortable, quiet, clean and modern like the rest of the hotel. Would happily stay at the Tribe again."

"Excellent hotel right on main square. All staff were great and very welcoming. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent and wide choice including freshly prepared omelettes etc. food was excellent in both restaurants and reasonably priced for location. Highly recommended."

"Location was brilliant to the market square. Didn’t mind the noise of the cafe at all, apart from them emptying their bottle banks late at night. Not great for people with disabilities or people who find steps difficult to climb up or down, as there is only a lift to certain rooms. If you book breakfast to be included you have to again walk down and back up. Flight and a half of stairs. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of cheeses, bread and hot items too. There needs to be another toaster and coffee machine to keep up with the demand, but overall very nice layout and choices."

"The most important aspect of this property is that it is in walking distance from Krakow’s Old Town. In less than 5 minutes, you have access to historic buildings, shopping, restaurants and bars. It was also very close to Wawel Castle. The property itself is a boutique hotel with a small restaurant/bar with about 15 tables in the lobby. Due to the smaller size of the hotel, there were few amenities other than a small gym. What they lacked in amenities, they made up for in service and quality. The rooms were modern and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no hidden charges. Most importantly the rooms were reasonably priced for their quality and location. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. "

"The rooms was quirky because of all the red brick. Used to be apartments before it was made into what it is now. There was no lunch or dinner service in the “à la carte” restaurant and hasn’t been for more than two years. There was that amount of dust in the breakfast room on the floor and other surfaces and the fire extinguisher which was rather worrying as it told me it’s probably out of date. The floors never get mopped or even hoovered. So wear something on your feet in your room at all times or you’ll have black feet. Floors in the corridor looked clean though. The water has a funky smell,like drains. The showerhead stank,not that you could shower with it unless you hand held it sat on the seat of the bath. Black stuff came out of the jets of the bath. At nighttime the pipework would gurgle as if blocked and backed up. Again a worry about other fire extinguishers on another level and the filters need changed in the aircon as it left a not too nice a smell in the room when it was on. The double bed has two single duvets. The maid tidied the bed but never changed anything and would wash up your coffee cup from that morning and changed the towels which are not that soft but serviced by an outside company,so not the hotels fault. The stay was lovely in the region and the hotel is perfectly positioned for the old town square. Breakfast is rather limited unless you like eggs done about 4 different ways,but not boiled and the fresh orange is amazing. Most staff 100%"
