"The staff is incredibly wonderful. I usually don't complain about minor problems, but I wanted everything to be perfect. Every minor problems I had they took care of. The front desk really went out of their way to take care of me. I suggest to take the breakfast buffet, it was fresh, clean, and delicious. The staff for the breakfast was attentive and courteous. It is close to all the attractions Prague has to offer. I will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with very professional staff. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extra sparkly (Clean). Breakfast selections were quite good. One pet peeve, the lobby is too small and it is a very busy hotel.
