"The Airport Shuttle from Prague airport was delayed by 30 mins. Had to call up the Hotel (had to make international calls) which was very frustrating. But the gentleman who picked us up was very apologetic and helpful."

We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards.
