"The property was as advertised, very nice and very clean. This is a great location, and the ladies Josephine and Martese were very nice and accommodating."
"Second visit to this hotel and the welcome was wonderful to have such a friendly atmosphere.
The beds are hard so would recommend asking for a topper if thats what your comfort level is gauged to.
Rooms are fairly aound proofed but dont stop the noise of people walking past the door."
Personale gentilissimo e accogliente in ogni nostra richiesta. Albergo nuovo con pulizia da 10 e lode. "
"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors.
There is a common living room and common kitchen.
The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English.
The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful.
The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app.
We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location.
The instructions from the office were okay to get...
"Excellent location, right at thr gate of old Mdina. The hotel staff is very friendly amd welcoming. Thr room itself is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is just 1 minute walk from the bus terminal which can take you all over Malta ( airport, all the ports, valletta an so on) .

"Wow wow wow. This place is incredible. The cleanliness, communication from the owners and location - we can't fault anything. We were anxious booking this as there were no reviews as it's so new but we are honestly so glad we did. It was fantastic. The space of the apartment and storage space for we excellent. The self check in was very easy too. On the roof there are hotubs which you can book into with incredible views of the bay. If you are on the fence about booking this accommodation don't be - just book it. Perfect family holiday. Thank you so much. "
"It was a two-bedroom apartment, and it was just about prefect. The apartment is 4.5 metres wide and 25 metres long, including the balconies. That photo is true. The apartment is good for a solo traveller or a small family, it has a balcony with a washing machine with clothesline and a table, main bedroom, a hallway one metre wide a spare bedroom with two single beds. It has a shower, toilet and basin no bath, with an open-plan kitchen with a living room with a small balcony. The main bedroom and the living room have air-con. The living room has a TV, Wi-Fi and no radio. The kitchen has no pantry but has a cupboard with an ironing board and iron, you can use it as a pantry if you must. I did anyway. The apartment have most the appliance said for a blender which I have to purchase. No garage for the car, have to find a park if you have a car. Good luck for that. There is a fire extinguisher and a blanket. The area is okay, there are cars and bus stops everywhere, uneven walkways but the sea is very close. Everything is in walking distance. There are six groceries shops in 300 metre in a straight line and one out a bit, butchers and vegetables shop nearby etc where I was staying. Bugibba does get busy during the night and day when I was there and in June it was a bit hot being summer in Malta. There is a plus about 1500 metres east along the coast there is an aquarium. There are a lot of restaurants, cafés and pubs in Bugibba. I will do it again. "
"What a lovely hotel! We had a partial seaview room and although its the sideview but perfect view to watch the sunset. Very big and spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel is in the centre of Buggiba and lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Good variety of options for breakfast too. It was our birthday celebrations and the hotel left us some complimentary gestures which we thought was very thoughtful.
The infinity pool was a surprised bonus! We spend a couple of nights at the rooftop bar for their happy hour service and enjoyed the sunset.
Parking at the hotel was very easy and plenty of spaces. The lift from the car park takes you directly up to the hotel reception which was very convenient especially in 30c+ heat.
Will definitely stay here again if we return to Malta."
"Great resort all inclusive was the best choice for us . Pools were great . The staff we talked to and asked for assistance were very helpful. Easy check in with great reception staff. The resort facilities and restaurants including the buffet were very good The bar staff were all good . We were pleased to have been at this resort"
