"We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel was amazing. From the location close to the train station and in the heart of the city yet so quiet inside, to the beautiful decor, the welcome at the reception, to the friendly cleaners that worked on our rooms, the very comfortable beds,to the excellent breakfast! "Liked that it was close to cabot and within walking distance to many things. Did not like the scaffolding, entrance of the hotel was facing busy street making it hard to park/drive, really loved the staff and service."

"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "
"Everything good. Staff very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely with a great view. Location of the hotel was great being only a short walk to the harbour side and all bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
