"My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. We urgently looked up for new hotel, in unknown city at night. It was terrible but then we find another hotel and moved out. Owners said that money for booking we payd with Expedia still on hold and they cannot refund and I must call to Expedia. Expedia open ticket and for two days there was no news, but then they said than they cannot refund my...

Top Chuy Province Hotel Reviews

Orient Hotel Bishkek

10/10 Excellent

"Recommend , Location .. is. close to Ala too square, walk able . Nice - clean , full breakfast, staff helpful- leave luggage after checkout ."

Mountain View Hot Spring Resort

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and kept incredibly clean throughout our stay. Those hot springs were truly to die for and provided the perfect way to unwind. We were also blown away by how great the breakfast options were. It felt like a little slice of heaven tucked away from the busy world. Everything about the experience made for such a relaxing and memorable getaway."

Garden Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Everything was really good, especially the spa, but except for the breakfast buffet the restaurant had mediocre food and even worse service. I therefore would highly recommend staying at the Garden Hotel and Spa, but eating your lunch/dinner elsewhere. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but may really good ones 15-25 minutes away by taxi."

Jannat Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."
