The staff was friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever we had any questions. The price is definitely not cheap, but overall the quality of the stay and service was very good. What I especially enjoyed were the hot springs themselves and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. It’s a beautiful place to relax and recharge. Overall, a very positive experience. If you haven’t been to Mountain View Hot Springs, I definitely recommend visiting!"

"Everything was really good, especially the spa, but except for the breakfast buffet the restaurant had mediocre food and even worse service. I therefore would highly recommend staying at the Garden Hotel and Spa, but eating your lunch/dinner elsewhere. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but may really good ones 15-25 minutes away by taxi."

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."
