"We loved the grounds, but the reason we went was to swim at the beach, but the flag was red and the water was dirty, meaning we shouldn't swim. That was very disappointing. Some areas require maintenance such as some tiles were broken, and the bar needed paint. That's something simple and cheap which would make the bar more attractive. Everything else was very good. We did not eat at the restaurant/bar. But we had drinks there."

"I came here for a special occasion and everything lived up to expectation. The property is amazing. The staff is so so friendly, like incredibly friendly and they treat you like you would not belong anywhere else. The beach is so beautiful and maintained. Crystal clear water. The food is very good and the chef accommodated us with specific requests. We got a plunge pool and you can step off your private area right onto the beach and take a nice beach walk at night. It’s really secluded, calm and peaceful. You can rent a golf cart for $200 a day and go to the free amenity waterpark called the watermelon which has a lazy river pool that wraps around it’s entirety. It’s quite expensive, but if you’re looking for something truly special and amazing then this is the place to go to. Thank you so much to the staff. 🙏🙏🙏"

"The property & specifically the staff did what Expedia weren’t able to do after making plenty phone calls because a little inconvenience I had with my reservation,the staff from this hotel went above & beyond of what they were supposed to do,Expedia have gave me the runaround with my phone calls playing psychology games with me during my calls to help me with my inconvenience due to a flight cancellation I had to deal with,magnificent service from the hotel after arriving but the service from Expedia were beyond poor."
