"We rented this place for our family to gather for the eclipse! The kids had a blast in the pool, playing games on the lawn and catching toads after dark! The house manager, Martha made us feel totally welcome and helped us with all of our needs. It rained which made the separate entrances to the bedrooms a bit of a bummer but we survived! All in all it was a perfect place for our family to gather!"

Two days prior to our arrival at the property I received a call that the property was not available due to damages caused by a previous tenant, that they weren't able to repair in time for our visit. "VRBO called the owner of this property regarding the death of who booked this house three weeks in advance and he still refused to refund the stay. The property is overpriced due to the proximity to the River Walk. Too many items in the house made it hard to keep track of your own items."

"Home is decent but area is not the greatest. Cleaning people did a very poor job. Found dirty towels and a very nasty crusty rag in the shower with a bunch of bars of soap with hair on them. Don't walk around bare footed broken glass all in the yard. Multiple door hands broken. The hot water never got hot."

"This is an older home that has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It looks just like the photos. Although the description says most bedrooms have en-suite baths, only the master bedroom had an en-suite bath. "The building seems historical and is in good walking distance to all of the attractions in downtown. My only two gripes is finding which door leads to the front desk when entering and valet parking is very bad with wait times after requesting your vehicle can take up to 45min or more."
