He gave us restaurant suggestions and suggestions on what to visit in Tivoli, including the times of day when sights are open. The room was recently remodeled, but in an old building that had been in his family for generations. Like many old Italian village homes, there is no lift, and there are stairs. "My wife and I stayed for three days and the staff exceeded our expectations. We arrived too early and we were planning on exploring Rome until our check in time but my wife wasn’t feeling well after we landed. The staff made us breakfast and gave us another room to relax until our room was ready later in the day. Amazing food, heated pool and it was the most peaceful place to stay in. Very thankful for everyone’s hospitality. "

"Absolutely beautiful location! The host have put in so much thought in the garden and decoration and the rooms. Our kids loved the area. I highly recommend staying here instead of within the hustle and bustle of Rome. If you have a car, it's an easy drive to Rome. The hosts are very nice and helpful! "

"Bij aankomst erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de goed Engels sprekende Sarah. Duidelijke uitleg gekregen van de werking van pasjes voor binnenkomst etcetera. Fijn en veilig systeem! De auto konden wij veilig parkeren in de eigen parkeergarage onder de huisjes. Het huisje zelf, split-level, was super netjes. Alles heel nieuw en schoon. Een heerlijke (regen)douche en ook heel prettig; voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Ook het bed lag goed, wel vrij knus alleen (twijfelaar). Zowel boven als beneden...

"The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...
